aBOUT THE EVENT

Luck of the Irish started in 2000 with the purpose of raising enough money to add a playground to the school that was built after the tornado. There was a silent and LIVE auction, meal, games and a raffle drawing. The first year LOI raised $80,000+! It was such a success and fun that parent volunteers have kept it going without many changes for all these years.

The Luck of the Irish (LOI) event has evolved into a formal evening fundraiser with a catered meal, dinner program, live auction, raffle and entertainment. This significant event leaves a profound impact as it serves as our school's primary fundraiser, generating over $50,000 for both the general fund and special initiatives such as Fund-A-Need. The success of this community gathering and fundraising initiative hinges on the active involvement of our parents in its planning, donations, execution, and overall support.
