Elementary Teacher
We are seeking a passionate and faith-filled educator to join our community as a 3rd/4th Grade Teacher. This educator will be a vital part of a close-knit team, helping to shape the hearts and minds of young learners through an integrated, experiential approach to education rooted in Catholic values.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, integrated lessons across core subjects for 3rd and 4th grade students
- Incorporate Catholic values, prayer, and faith formation naturally and meaningfully into classroom life
- Design and implement hands-on, project-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and critical thinking
- Build strong, caring relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic and developmental needs of each learner
- Collaborate with fellow staff on school-wide initiatives, events, and community-building activities
- Participate actively in the broader life of the school, including faith-based programming and extracurricular opportunities
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of BA/BS degree in Elementary Education
- Valid Minnesota teaching license in Elementary Education
- Practicing Catholic with a demonstrated personal faith commitment
- Experience with or enthusiasm for project-based, inquiry-driven, or experiential learning approaches
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Has proficiency in technology skills as the position demands
- Ability to work collegially in a small school setting with flexibility and a servant’s heart
- Successfully complete standard Diocesan-required employee background check, BCA check, credit check, and motor vehicle check
- Successfully complete VIRTUS training and maintain all Safe Environment Requirements of the Diocese of New Ulm and The Church of St. Peter
Kitchen Assistant
We are looking for a dependable and warm-hearted Kitchen Assistant to support our Kitchen Manager in the daily preparation and service of nutritious meals for our school community. This part-time role is an opportunity to serve our students in a tangible, important way while contributing to the faith-filled culture of our school.
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, service-oriented individual who genuinely enjoys working in a school community and with children
- Someone whose demeanor and approach naturally reflects the caring, Catholic mission of our school
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow food safety protocols and health code requirements
- Prior kitchen, food service, or cafeteria experience preferred but not required — we are happy to train the right person
- A team player who communicates well and works cooperatively in a small environment
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in preparing, cooking, and serving daily meals in a timely and organized manner
- Follow all applicable federal and state food safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe kitchen environment at all times
- Support setup and cleanup for meal service
- Interact with students and staff in a manner that reflects our school’s mission — with kindness, warmth, and a spirit of service
- Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and restocking as needed
- Adapt flexibly to the daily needs of the kitchen and school schedule
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
